Bifurcation diagram of a Robin boundary value problem arising in MEMS

چکیده

We consider a parabolic problem with Robin boundary condition which arises when the edge of micro-electro-mechanical-system (MEMS) device is connected flexible nonideal support. Then via rigorous analysis we investigate structure solution set corresponding steady-state problem. show that critical value (the pull-in voltage) exists so system has exactly two stationary solutions applied voltage lower than this value, one for applying voltage, and no above voltage.
